Description
ZuluSCSI is easy to use: Simply place an appropriately-named disk image or CD-ROM ISO on your SD card in order to present it for use by your SCSI host system. ZuluSCSI can emulate up to 7 SCSI devices simultaneously at any time, and supports both FAT and ExFAT-formatted (for images greater than 4GB in size) SD cards
ZuluSCSI Blaster supports synchronous and asynchronous SCSI transfers, with read speeds up to 18 megabytes/second. A sufficiently-fast SD card and SCSI controller with Ultra SCSI support is required to achieve maximum throughput.
New ZuluSCSI Blaster features
- USB-C connector
- 16-bit stereo CD Audio playback emulation (requires optional plug-in DAC board)
- Expansion header for optional RM2 ZuluSCSI Blaster Wi-Fi plug-in module
- Up to 18 megabytes per second read, 11 megabytes per second write.
ZuluSCSI firmware is open-source, and GPLv3-licensed.
Board dimensions: 90mm by 100mm. The four M3-sized mounting hole dimensions are identical to those found on the bottom of any 2.5″ hard drive, meaning you can use most commodity 2.5″ to 3.5″ mounting brackets/adapters to mount your ZuluSCSI.
ZuluSCSI Blaster board dimensions are identical to that of SCSI2SD V5.1/V5.2/V6.
All mounting solutions designed for SCSI2SD V5.1/V5.2/V6 work just as well with ZuluSCSI.
