How it works

Shipping

Juicy Crumb ships Thursdays and Fridays via Australia Post.

  • Orders generally ship on the next available shipping day listed above unless pre-assembly is required or QC issues arise during testing.
  • If there is a significant delay in shipping we will reach out via your provided email address to let you know.
  • Once your device ships you will receive a second order confirmation with tracking details for Australia Post (please check your spam if you didn’t receive one).
  • Shipping prices are calculated during checkout and you may select from the available shipping options for your area.

Backordered Items

Items marked “Available on Backorder” at checkout will ship once stock arrives at our warehouse — typically 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the product. Need an estimate for a specific item? Reach out via our contact portal.

Taxes & duties

Tariff Policy

Australian and US orders: Taxes are calculated at checkout and automatically applied to your order.

International orders: Shipments to other countries may be subject to additional import duties or taxes, which must be paid to your local customs office before delivery. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing your order.

Import tariffs are a non-refundable fee and will not be reimbursed in the event of a return or exchange.

Repairs and Returns

Every product is tested before it ships, so problems are rare — but if yours arrives defective or damaged, here’s how it works.

Device arrives defective

Contact us through our contact portal as soon as you notice a problem.

We’ll offer to replace, repair, or refund the affected device.

Accidental Damage and Change of Mind Returns

  • Devices that are out of warranty or accidentally damaged may still be eligible for repair, at your expense.
  • You can return any item in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Saleable condition means all original packaging is undamaged and untampered with, and every item from the package is included. Return shipping is at your expense, and refunds are issued once we’ve received the item in satisfactory condition.

A 10% restocking fee may apply depending on the product.

Liability for Device Damage

  • Our products are designed and tested to operate safely when installed and used as intended.
  • If your device is damaged and we determine it’s due to a product fault, we’ll assess the situation and may offer repair, replacement, or reimbursement at our discretion.

Juicy Crumb cannot be held responsible for device damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or operation outside the recommended guidelines.
