The ESProfile emulates a ProFile hard drive, using an SD card to store disk images, and has near-complete compatibility with Tom Stepleton’s awesome Cameo/Aphid Selector program. It’s pretty fast too; it takes around 40 seconds to boot into LOS 3.0, which is a full 20 seconds faster than an actual ProFile, and the emulator only needs two seconds or so to initialize itself after you power it up!

ESProFile is based around an ESP32 (as you might be able to guess from the name).
ArduinoFile would often fail to work when connected to a Lisa 2/10, parallel card, or XLerated Lisa, but ESProFile can handle all these configurations with ease!
With ESProFile, you can send pretty much any command in the ProFile command set (including all the 5MB diagnostic Z8 commands, 10MB diagnostic Z8 commands, and Widget-specific commands) in a nice and user-friendly way. You should be able to troubleshoot pretty much any drive-related issue with ESProFile, as well as performing tasks like backing up your drive and restoring from a backup.
ESProFile is capable of low-level formatting both 5MB and 10MB ProFiles, as well as Widgets, if something goes wrong during your format on ESProFile, it’ll tell you exactly what went wrong.
ESProFile is available in both an external version and an internal Widget replacement version that mounts right into the Widget drive bay!

Important Notice:

Please note that the ESProfile Internal requires a host machine with a Widget Data Connector. It can be powered either from the Widget Power cable, or a Twiggy power cable.
