Juicy Crumb ships Thursdays and Fridays via Australia Post,

Orders generally ship on the next available shipping day listed above unless pre-assembly is required or QC issues arise during testing.

If there is a significant delay in shipping we will reach out via your provided email address to let you know.

Once your device ships you will receive a second order confirmation with tracking details for Australia Post (Please check your spam if you didn’t receive one)

Shipping prices are calculated during checkout and you may select from the available shipping options for your area.

Items marked as “Available on Backorder” during checkout will be shipped once stock arrives at our warehouse, delivery times vary per product and can range from 2 to 8 weeks, if you would like clarification for a particular item please reach out via our contact portal for more information.

Repairs and Returns

Juicy Crumb aims to provide a painless experience therefore all of our products are pre-tested (if relevant) before shipping, however if the product you ordered is defective or arrived damaged please consult below.

Device arrives defective

  • As soon as you notice a problem please contact us using our contact portal
  • Upon being advised of the problem Juicy Crumb will offer to replace, repair or refund your affected device.

Accidental Damage and Returns

  • Out of Warranty or Accidental Damage may be eligible for repair at the customers expense.
  • Juicy Crumb will accept return of any items which are in saleable condition and notification is within 7 days of receipt. (Saleable condition includes but is not limited to having all packaging undamaged and not tampered with, and all contents of the merchandise package still included.) Return shipping is at the customers expense for change of mind purchases and refunds will be issued once the goods are received in a satisfactory condition.
